Meet Beth Langston

At a young age, Beth began her career in finance inside the senior living industry. This field taught her about real estate sales and marketing in a variety of positions. She switched over to the mortgage industry in 2003. Being communication-minded, she always wants to learn more about how to market better, earn referrals and better educate her clients.

Beth enjoys working with first-time homebuyers to not only assist with the purchase of their starter home, but to also educate them about credit, budgets and insurance. Her top priority is to make sure they are fully informed about all aspects of a home purchase. An overarching goal is to be a good teacher and fully inform all clients about the transaction they are about to embark on, and that she is readily available to them throughout the process and after for any questions that may arise. 

Outside of the office, Beth is involved with her hometown’s Chamber of Commerce and is a Lender Sponsor for the Mid-America Association of Real Estate Investors. She is a Kansas City Five Star Mortgage Professional award winner for 2020. Her favorite things to do are cooking, travelling with family and volunteering with local ministries. 

Working one on one with a local, experienced loan officer backed by knowledgeable staff handling your loan from start to finish is so important. In-house processing and underwriting allows Beth to better serve clients and help make the process as smooth as possible.
